The first department is our Independent Original Design Studio, the core creative engine of the brand. Our design team consists of senior fashion designers with over 8 years of experience in oriental minimalist and quiet luxury fashion. Every month, the team completes market trend research, fabric texture testing and silhouette development to launch more than 30 brand-new original styles. We study global fashion trend reports, customer feedback from our cooperative merchants and seasonal climate changes to ensure new styles match the consumption preferences of different regional markets. Apart from independent brand design, our design studio accepts full-custom OEM and ODM orders: merchants can provide hand-drawn sketches, reference pictures or brand positioning demands, and our designers will complete professional pattern drafts, fabric matching suggestions and color palette optimization for you, realizing exclusive private brand customization.

The second department is the Professional Fabric Sourcing & Inspection Workshop. We maintain long-term cooperative relations with top domestic high-grade fabric manufacturers, stably supplying raw materials including matte wool, high-count cotton, washed linen, mulberry silk, soft viscose and wrinkle-resistant composite fabrics. Before each batch of fabric enters production, our fabric inspection team conducts strict testing on fabric thickness, color fastness, breathability, skin safety and anti-wrinkle performance, rejecting raw materials that fail quality standards. We can also source custom fabrics according to merchant requirements, such as thicker thermal wool for cold regions or ultra-light breathable linen for tropical markets. All fabric inventory is stored in our on-site warehouse, greatly shortening the production cycle of bulk orders.

The third department is the Professional Pattern Making & Sample Room, the key link that determines garment fit. Our pattern masters have more than 10 years of garment tailoring experience, specializing in adjusting silhouettes to fit global multi-size body data. After the design draft is finalized, pattern makers will complete the initial paper pattern, produce the first physical sample, then repeatedly modify shoulder width, waist position, trouser length and sleeve width according to model fitting feedback. We develop independent multi-size sizing standards covering XS–XXL for global customers, avoiding the common problem that Asian standard sizes do not fit European and American female figures. Before mass production, we will send physical samples to merchants for confirmation, and modify details free of charge until you are fully satisfied.

The fourth department is the Standardized Sewing Production Line. Our factory is equipped with modern integrated sewing equipment and divided into dedicated production lines for suits, blouses, trousers and outerwear to improve production efficiency and workmanship precision. Every production line is equipped with dedicated line supervisors to monitor sewing details such as stitching density, seam flatness and hidden button installation. We arrange reasonable production schedules according to order volume, and guarantee stable daily output to ensure on-time delivery of bulk orders. For small-batch trial orders of new merchants and large seasonal bulk orders of long-term partners, we allocate independent production lines separately to avoid order delays caused by production congestion.

The fifth department is the Finished Garment Quality Inspection Warehouse, the final barrier to control product quality. Every completed garment will pass three rounds of full manual inspection before packaging and shipment. The first inspection checks sewing workmanship, missing stitches and fabric damage; the second inspection verifies color consistency, size accuracy and label position; the third inspection removes thread ends, irons the garment flat and sorts qualified products by size and style. Defective products are directly eliminated and reworked, and we never ship flawed goods to customers. After inspection, qualified garments are neatly folded and packed in dust-proof independent packaging bags, ready for sea freight, air freight and express delivery to all countries worldwide.
